Refund policy

We want you to love your La Belle Wave purchase.

If you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility for returns:

• The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition

• The item must be returned in its original packaging

• For hygiene reasons, used hair accessories cannot be returned

How to request a return:

Please contact us at contact@labellewave.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.

Once approved, we will provide return instructions.

Refunds:

• Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method

• Original standard delivery cost will be refunded. Any upgraded or express delivery costs are non-refundable

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty

Faulty or damaged items:

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can resolve this quickly.
